Winter Semester: October 1, 2025 – January 30, 2026
Winter Examination Period: February 2, 2026 – February 27, 2026
Summer Semester: March 2, 2026 – June 19, 2026
Summer Examination Period: June 23, 2026 – July 24, 2026
Autumn Examination Period: August 24, 2026 – September 18, 2026
Teaching and examination periods for courses delivered within Faculty of Physics study programs by lecturers from other constituent faculties will follow the calendars of those faculties (Faculty of Mathematics, Faculty of Informatics and Digital Technologies, Faculty of Engineering).
Academic Calendar for Doctoral Study Program in Physics – Academic Year 2025/2026
Teaching and examinations in the Doctoral Study Program in Physics are organized by agreement, depending on enrolled students in individual courses and their professional obligations. The academic year begins on October 1, 2025 and ends on September 30, 2026. Defenses of research areas, topics, and doctoral theses are scheduled taking into account the availability of candidates, committees, and members of the Doctoral Study Council, in accordance with the Regulations on Doctoral Study Procedures.
