FIZRI Christmas Gathering
On December 6, 2024, FIZRI hosted its traditional Christmas Gathering for students, staff, and their children. The program featured the play “Little Mouse in the Land of Physics” performed by Dr. M. Čargonja and D. Jardas Babić, followed by Christmas ornament-making with students and a sweet treat for the little ones.
Graduation Ceremony 2024
On November 28, 2024, the Faculty of Physics, University of Rijeka, held its formal graduation ceremony for undergraduate and graduate students.
Conference “Physics Education Challenges”
On June 5, 2024, the Chair of Educational Physics at the Faculty of Physics, University of Rijeka, hosted the international conference Physics education challenges Physics Education Challenges in a hybrid format. The event brought together 50 participants and featured invited lectures, contributed presentations, and a roundtable discussion on the latest developments and challenges in physics education.
